How it works
Rules and limits
You set the rules. They answer every request.
Every request gets one of four answers.
| Official name | In plain words | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| allow | yes | The agent pays on its own. |
| allow and flag | yes but flag it | The agent pays. Someone reviews it after. |
| ask a person | ask a person | The payment waits for a person's yes. |
| deny | no | It never pays. Nobody can approve it. |
No AI makes the call. Fixed rules decide. People approve.
Limits
For each agent and each money source, you set up to three amounts: what it can pay on its own, with a flag, and with a yes. Above the last one, the answer is always no.
Owners can tighten limits. Only an admin can loosen them.
In our test workspace: 1.00 USDC on its own, 3.00 USDC with a flag, 10.00 USDC with a yes. On Oct 13, 2026, an agent asked for 25.00 USDC. The answer was no.
Who an agent can pay
Each agent can only pay recipients on its list. Only an admin adds a recipient. The first payment to anyone new always waits for a person.
On Base Sepolia, every payment waits for a person today, because the approver's wallet sends it.
The yes and the undo window
A yes covers one exact payment. Change the amount, the recipient or the mandate, and the yes no longer counts.
After a yes, there are 10 seconds to take it back. Nothing moves until then.
The stop button
Anyone with authority over an agent can stop it, instantly. It stays stopped until someone with the right turns it back on. The stop is signed too.
